The direct mount pickup option ordered on an HH2 makes the guitar non-returnable. I confirmed that with Chris over the phone.
It sucks because I think that direct mounted pickups make the natural wood top guitars look way better. I'm just wary because of people saying that the HH2's are bright and I don't want to be stuck with it if I order it the way that I really would like it to look.

Option 50s can only be put on an order by a sales guy/gal.

Mike- Could you guys add that verbiage/warning to the online cart? Place it right before the payment page. Or have the users click an "I accept" button saying they've read that verbiage ("can't modify order once it's placed"). It might make it easier for you guys and the online customers.
