This Vanquish is pretty freaking awesome and the body contour lends itself to the blue on white artic burst . Wondering if anyone has seen this pulled off on a Crescent model ? Since the crescent is a different shape, what's your opinion on trying this ?Image

It could be cool if you're into it. It's not my jam as it seems like it would cloud over any chatoyance the wood underneath might have.

As far as I've seen, I only believe they've done this finish twice: this one, and the first that was a result of a custom color match.

I'm thinking maybe raw tone to keep everything translucent . So the white wouldn't be opaque

Raw tone will give you the texture of grain, but if they put an opaque or cloudy finish under it, it'll still be that way since Raw Tone is effectively just a clear satin.
