On fretless, if you're good, you can always play in-tune with an out-of-tune piano. :)

Jeez dude. I bet if you put the sawdust that body left behind in a bag, the dust would would weigh more than the body. After bevel, tummy cut, Evertune route, rear rout and battery box, there's barely any wood left. It's probably chambered too.

Is he planning on offering it on any other models?

Might have to get an A6E at some point.

Was always intrigued by the Evertune.

Not right now. Like the Fluence and multiscale bass, it'll depend at least partially on the success of the initial offering.

Not really.

In summary, it's available to order on the Aries 6, 7 and 8-string, standard scales only (not the 27" seven or 26.5" six) and no multiscale. $300. He mentioned that a driving factor was talking with a potential (and now-pending-announcement) artist. He said over time as he's learned more about it, he's more impressed by it. Make no mistake it does EFFECT tone, and in his mind, a big part of that is the amount of wood removed around the bridge area...but does it make it objectively "worse"? Not necessarily...just different (which could be subjectively worse, to some). He said they seem to be good guys to work with. I don't BELIEVE they've shown any finished builds yet.

Holy smokes is that a lot of wood out of the body though.
