Translucent Pearl Pink

Postby MrGamingGuitarist » Mon Feb 05, 2018 9:43 am

I’m currently contemplating a Pink Osiris or Vanquish build. I’m not a fan of light pink, and I definitely like the idea of getting a hot pink crackle, but then I saw the option of getting a translucent Pearl Pink over Swamp Ash. It seems like that finish would look nice, but I can’t find any pictures of translucent Pearl Pink in gloss. Can anyone help find some pictures so I can see what Translucent Pearl Pink looks like? It would also be greatly appreciated if there’s any pictures of it over Swamp Ash.

Thanks so much for the pictures! Yeah, I definitely like the looks of this shade of pink way more than the light pink. I originally wanted a candy pink quilted maple Osiris, but a $600 charge for it is way too much for my budget, so it seems like now "settling" (and it's not really settling if it looks that good) for Trans Pearl Pink over Swamp Ash isn't such a bad idea after all, I'm starting to dig that look!

Beware that the V7M at the bottom it's a black limba body with maple neck showing through..

It's actually a good illustration of how the body wood plays into the final color of the axe, because of the translucency of the color. And explains the variations in color between some of the pics.
