Post Pictures of Your Kiesel Guitars / Carvin Guitars Gear - No Cowbelling!
Looks to be a "baked" quilt top, one center bookmatch, with a clear natural ash body (at least so far). Multiscale "top" neck, bottom neck with a trem. LOOKS like an 8-string top and 7 bottom, or perhaps 7-string top and 6-string bottom.

Just as headless is polarizing, not every option needs to be for every buyer. It clearly wasn't meant for you.
Is it at the top of my list? No. Would I turn down a heavily-discounted one? Not necessarily...but for me it would have to be the right color combination, and it's not one they've shown. I don't know what would be, but none of the ones they've shown are anywhere close, except MAYBE the JB bass in the yellow. I would need to see black on ferrari red or white, or maybe black over color-shift, etc. Maybe even black over clear flamed maple.
Just like the JB24, it seems to be for people who like a little humor/playfulness with the guitar.
It's not my bag either, and yeah it sorta screams 80s... But like I just said over on the dedicated thread, it can be a fun thing onstage. Aside from buying that crackle finish fluid, it's probably not cost anything to add to the arsenal.
And I can also say... Without reservation... Some of the hifalutin original hi dollar amount Kiesel edition and batso forced color blends that don't blend are ffffaaarrr more hideous in my, just my, personal opinion.

1985 100 Watt X Amp 2 x 12 combo (XV212) upgraded w/ 2 Vintage 30's
...and other gear.
Agreed. I actually really like the crackled JB5 bass, but it's not "me". Like Explorers and other pointy guitas, it's the kind of thing that looks cool on cool people. I'm not cool.
That would be super snazzy.
