We just did a little tour in western Canada.
Here's a shot from Medicine Hat, Alberta with my green denim CS6.

A picture from a gig we played last night. I can't say much about my playing but my power-stance game is on point!

I hope so. I actually stepped out in into the sun a lot instead of trying to stay cooler in the shade for that very reason. 8)

I have that same bass. Of course I usually play my LB76W, but I like to have something more trad around for certain gigs. Ironically, Carvin finally released their PB series maybe three months after I bought the Fender. If I had known I would have held out, but I do really love my P-bass.

EDIT: or maybe it's not the same bass? It looks like maybe your bassist is actually playing a J. Mine's a P, but same exact color scheme.
Main bass: LB76W. Also have an LB76 and BK40A.
Live rig: BX500 head into a pair of BRX10.2 cabs, oriented vertically.

What he's playing is a Fender Geddy Lee Jazz Bass with a Warmoth body (just for the color).

Nice. With the sunburst body it reminds me of Aston "Family Man" Barrett's bass.
