Not the biggest fan of this shape, but every here and there one pops (like Bob's) that looks so good it makes you wanna say "Take THAT, Wolfgang!"

And this one is definitely one of them. That mahogany (might that actually be koa?)! That top!

In the Aries, I'm typically more a fan of non-layered-finishes on the Aries. This is one of those exceptions.

Hi Arohobob,

I had a similar experience this past week. I have a pretty unique "dad" guitar build in and on Wednesday, the guitar made a brief appearance on GIS... and then it sold in about 1 hour. Naturally, I was in a bit of a panic. I called in and tried to get some help. They basically told me, Hey, we build lots of similar guitars. Which I can understand their point of view but, I knew this was my guitar.

Fortunately, I saved the link for the GIS and sent a note to sales including my order number, asking if there was some kind of mistake. Noble got back to me right away and explained that the GIS was in fact my original build but, there was 1 mistake made and so they had to rebuild the guitar. The good news is that the rebuild is already done and should ship this next week.

I really appreciate that Kiesel makes it right. They don't call you and say well, we messed this up, can you live with it.

So, as my rambling comes to an end I would say that either 1 of 2 things happened.

1) They loved your build specs and decided to make more of them.
2) You have a similar situation as mine.

I hope all works out for you.

No worries at all!
I returned it ages ago. I was surprised to see it in GIS with a piezo upgrade after all this time.
As soon as I posted it here, BAM!!!! It was gone!

I'm 100% positive it was mine. Same flame top. Same skinny lizard burst.
The photo is back a page or so.

I don't usually like Sharpie bursts, but I really like how this one plays nice with the Cali.

Thank you sir!
As much as I LOVE the SCB6, the SCB7 always looks a little "wrong" to me in photos. It's hard to explain - smaller funky body, wider neck, IDK.
I'd like to actually see one in person.

That forresty cail bursted one is pretty cool - I do have to admit!

I've seen quite a few GIS options mis-identified. They initially got the stain wrong on the HH2 I returned. Hope the build quality control is better than that! 8)

I know, right? I am lovin' both sides, but I do wish that solid paint color was a little pearlescent. I also wish it were gloss.
