New family group shot

Postby ElfDude » Fri Dec 01, 2017 10:25 am

Nothing like getting all your Kiesels and Carvins together for a family photograph to make you realize just how blessed you are. Back in the 90s I would fantasize about being able to own any!
The quality came out lousy, but at least the family photos exist now.

Whoa. Whoa, dude. I knows I've seen photos of all of those many times, but seeing them all together, it really paints a great picture of a killer collection anyone would be proud of, and flexible as all-get-out! I'm envious!

How about when you're playing that neo-industrial dada funk?

Heh heh... I like the prominence you gave that vintage SH225.

Nice shot, nice collection. You should throw a copy in my "Show Your Full Collections" thread.

Most conspicuous is the lack of a classic style single cut. You are deep in DC city, my friend. You must never read Marvel comics....

I was... but also "neo-industrial dada funk" is how Chris Randall of Sister Machine Gun described their 5th album, [R]evolotion, so it's sorta a real-ish thing.

Nope! I completely missed that!
I was talking with my daughters just yesterday about how completely clueless I can be to pop culture references sometimes.

Back when I was recording a lot a few years ago I really enjoyed having it around. I'm busier with bands these days so it doesn't come out of its case very often. :(

The SH445 really jumps out at me. Looks amazing!

The bolt and black CT would round out my top 3. Great collection!
