Sorry, he told me last week when we met up in Grand Haven that there will be no NAMM trip for him this year.

That's too bad. He always did the best NAMM threads on here.
A dude who works at one of my local music stores is going and I told him to take lots of pictures around the Kiesel booth.

On here, or anywhere. Tim really captured the the gee-whiz, kid-in-a-candy store aspect that just about any of us would have at the show, and made his experience our own.

Bummer, X’s NAMM threads are the best. Maybe he’ll change his mind

I'll be there, but I'm not going to chronicle anything.

PIxxyLixx does a pretty good job of NAMM coverage, as I'm sure Philip McKnight will. If you don't find Louis "The Tone King" horribly annoying and uniformed, he puts a lot of videos up, but the quality is terrible.

Hey, Hey Kiesel Guys........Are we eXcited for Winter NAMM yet?

I’m always excited, but taking a pass this year. I decided to go on a trip in Feb to See the G3 tour with Satch, Gilbert & Phil Collen out of state & meet-up w/ an on-line friend named Hari (& he owns a Kiesel now too).

It seems like Jeff has already shared a lot, but he always saves some great stuff for the Kiesel booth. Most gear pictures will come out pretty fast, as they always do. The hard thing to capture is the Uber crazy cool environment, Stars, demos, concerts & just over-all mayhem.

I’ll be back next year for sure.....

How are you guys all doing? How’s life, your Guitars & the forum in general?

I hope everyone is doing well, playing a lot of guitar....& of course.....building more Kiesel Guitars!!!!

I got my 6th Carvin/Kiesel a few months ago....& actually “Didn’t” my standard “HH” headstock either!!!

X’s Vintage Cream (aka killer yellow) GH3V w/ a reverse in-line headstock:

Yes, the X-Jams we did were a total blast for me as well. I’ve just gotten back into recording full song again too.

I got to meet-up w/ Kiesel Guitar guy Dean (aka Silvergoat) & buy him some wings & beer over the X-Mas break. We had a blast, talked Kiesel Guitars & Guitar Gear in general.

Again, I hope that everyone is healthy, happy & still lovin their Carvin/Kiesels.....

Peace boys!!!! X (aka Tim)

It's always so good to see you here, Tim. Happy New Year!

And congratulations on that GH3! I love its stripped-down simplicity and vintage vibe. It suits you, no doubt.

Enjoy your year off. We'll miss your incomparable coverage, but it's great to know you're out there, sharing positive vibes and making music with your Carvins and Kiesels and other gear.

Non-stop, man! 2018 will be a good year for guitar.

Enjoy G3, should be a blast  If there ever was a reason to skip NAMM for a year, that’s surely a good one
I’ve seen those mini guitars on FB, always wanted to look into some for myself
