So tell me.. you now have two sweet CS6 war machines to compare with your LPJ, which despite it's lack of fancy schmancy accoutrements is a Les Paul through and through (very close to a Studio), although I think I remember you saying you swapped new pickups in to replace those 61 SG LP era pickups that it came with.

What in your own words would you say the differences in sound are vs your LPJ? And Les Pauls in general if you can compare them across the board.

Sound-wise, I have them very very close. I don't know if it's my rig or my playing or the pickups.
The CS's definitely have a bit more bite to them. They are a tad less mushy.
