Only 100 will be made.

In celebration of Jason Becker's upcoming July birthday, as well as our return to Summer NAMM, we've taken two of our most acclaimed models, and put them together in one unique, limited edition guitar that's sure to blow you away. In conjunction with longtime friend and virtuoso artist Jason Becker, we've combined the style of his Jason Becker Tribute JB24 "Numbers" Guitar with the design and construction of the popular Osiris O6 Headless Guitar. The result is the Limited Edition Jason Becker Osiris JBO6X, which combines the unique look and features of the JB24, with the lightweight, headless design of the Osiris. Like the Osiris Series, the JBO6X is constructed from wood, not composites, so its tone isn't a radical departure from our traditional models. And like all Kiesel instruments, it's made in the USA, and loaded with features, along with a few select Custom Shop options available. It's boutique instrument, without the boutique price, and this is your only chance to get one. Only 100 models will be made, so it's sure to be an instant collectible. Each model produced will be signed and numbered by Jeff Kiesel.

Because of the limited nature of this model, there are no refunds/returns. They are, however, covered by Kiesel Guitars full 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Like other Jason Becker models, a portion of the proceeds from these instruments go directly to Jason and his family to help with his special needs.

The JBO6X is built at the Kiesel Guitars Custom Shop in Escondido, California.

Done. Was hoping something like this would be offered. I was REALLY hoping it wasn't based on a beluga. Yay.

Yeah I have a soft spot for freaky looking orphan guitars and flirted with getting a Zeus, but I'd definitely go for the dubcut instead if I was going to go Kiesel headless (I might).

I actually really like this here. I like it better than the standard numbers guitar, which never really did it for me. Love Jason, but he tended to gravitate towards gunslingery looking guitars, but I've never been into guitar-hero-swank. Give me a Les Paul, or an SG style stubby DC with high upper reach, and I'm good.

Haha, well most single cuts just don't do it for me but that 6 string Zeus really turns me off. The 8 string actually looks better to me.

Doc, you actually made a post without mentioning a Hag! Are you feeling ok? :laughhard:

Where you been? That's one subject of only three.

I rotate evenly between only uploading endless photos of my 150/ talk M22's, talk about the Carr Mercury V ad nauseum, and talk about the Hags I buy.

The funniest part is the extremely unique GAS that this beluga guitar provides (not for the squeamish).

They're terrible, they should remain completely unknown to this generation... vintage Swedes Vikings and HIIN are old musty guitars, and should remain in the 700-2K range. Let the obscure remain that way. Don't even bother trying them, or investigating what they're all about. Just thinking about it...

Yeah, the only good ones are the solid older-growth Koa ones that were only a $40 upgrade. :laughhard:

I probably shouldn't have worded that sigh of relief that way as there are no doubt many fans of the Z. But it WAS actually one of my first thoughts when the promo email popped up on my phone.

Spud should mock up a Swamp Ash JB Z just for kicks!

No offense was taken! I was just laughing that others think the Z looks like a Beluga (which it does). I do mental battle with the shape. It's unique and interesting and I love the Beluga shape (especially in white-white with a purple heart or ebony neck), but that upper bout still gives me fits some days. I think it works best as an 8 string.
