Who would you like to see endorsed by K/C?
I asked this question at the Carvin amps forum but now to you guys. Any guitarists/bassists come to mind whom you would like endorsing Kiesel/Carvin guitars?
My list (other than myself of course....I need gear....):
1. Phil Sgrosso (ex-Wovenwar/ex-As I Lay Dying)
2. Nick Hipa (Wovenwar/ex-As I Lay Dying)
3. Angel Vivaldi (I'm NOT giving up on that!)
4. Eric Johnson (can anyone picture THIS guy?)
5. Matt Heafy (Trivium; Get him away from Epiphone...PLEASE...)
6. Brandon Small (if only he was still active...Kiesel Explorer....lol)
7. 3:38 Mark This guitarist (I know it's in Chinese but this guy can shred if you can SOMEHOW find other songs by this band. Thank my wife for showing me this guy/band. Only reason why I mention him is because the publicity to put Kiesel guitars in China would be awesome! Suhr is shown with some of those guitarists so it'd be good competition.
Bassists:
1. Robert Trujillo (Metallica; I don't THINK he's endorsed anymore. I could be wrong)
2. John Myung (Dream Theater; getting him off of Music Man will be difficult...)
3. Paolo Gregoletto (Trivium; since the band's in a new direction, I would LOVE Kiesel to swoop in and get him. He's one of the few good finger-picking bassists in the hard rock/metal era)
That's...unfortunately all that I can think of that don't have IMPOSSIBLE endorsements. lol. What do you guys think?

You know, I was thinking about asking this question to you folks here on the forum! You beat me to the punch haha!
This is a great idea and I'd love to see what everyone has to say in regards to players.

re: Who would you like to see endorsed by K/C?
1) Nick Johnston (Instrumentalist w/ Schecter guitars)
2) Justin Derrico (Instrumentalist, Pink & The Voice....& w/ Gibson)
3) Phil-X (Studio Musician, The Drills & Bon Jovi...& w/ Framus)
4) Nita Strauss (Alice Cooper & w/ Ibanez)
5) Prashant Aswani (Instrumentalist w/ ESP)
6) Mark Day (Youtube Guitar Guy & Fractal Audio Artist)
Nick Johnston is young & getting more popular by the day! His talent, playing & songwriting is amazing & fun to watch. He's a comic book fan & has great imagery & artistic flare. Plus he fits the Carvin/Kiesel mold of being a very humble/kind human being as well as monster player. Nick's a strat type player & he could be a 24-fret Bolt player to match the new Greg Howe bolt coming out at NAMM this winter.
Justin Derrico is a total monster player & has some very high end gigs. Kiesel would get major exposure from "The Voice" & Pink's world tours with him on their team. Justin's solo CD titled "Boldly going nowhere" is filled with amazing moments, tones & wah, wah licks. He could have a signature CS model with a Floyd & really promote that line of guitars.
Mark Day is one hell of a great player & super nice Canadian dude A! He's all over social media & youtube & his Fractal connection alone brings in thousands of views. He's really looked up to for great playing & tone......Plus he LOVES the 80's & can shred with the best of them!
These are very exciting guitar players that would really round out the signature players in the Kiesel stable!
Just something to think about.....
ALL of these players are at Winter NAMM every year & you could send them each an invite to stop over to the booth for a test drive too!

She happened to be at the EBS booth when I was last at NAMM a few years ago. All I could see was the top of her head, there was a 10'-15' sea of dudes swarming around her

STEVE HARRIS!!!!!
Seriously though, here are a few personal favourites, that would be awesome as endorsers:
Joey Vera (Armored Saint, Fates Warning)
Frank Bello (Anthrax)
Steve Digiorgio (Testament + loads of other stuff), used to play Carvin back in the day.
Paulo Gregoletto (Trivium)

You and I agree on that one. lol. Like I said, with Trivium's new direction, I'd love to see Kiesel grab Gregoletto and Heafy. Heafy would definitely bring in a CS7; that's for sure.

Yup! I believe K/C would benefit greatly from offering a "pointy-shaped" bass. Imagine Paulo rocking a 5-string X-220 Bass with dual SCP-pickups!!

re: Who would you like to see endorsed by K/C?
I realize the reason to having an endorser is they will get your name out, so these guys might not be the best, not being 'big stars'.
Jeff Teets - MindMaze: I saw MindMaze back in August in concert, he absolutely was ripping it up. On an Epiphone Les Paul Studio. He has a cheap orange (Kramer, I think?) superstrat too. He posted recently on facebook that he's not a big guitar collector, he just only has a couple of electrics that he's had forever. He seems like a really cool guy that just loves music, and prog/power metal in particular.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FnhhRlI_WPA
Matt Marinelli - singer/guitarist for Canadian band Borealis: I met the band last year after they opened for Evergrey. They were a very nice bunch of guys, in my opinion. Canadians are usually pretty nice in general
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I79UW4eCs5g
Kenneth Paul Cook & Chris Dyck - Anciients: There first album generated a little bit of buzz on the metal scene, very much a mix of Mastodon -meets - Opeth style music. 2nd album was just released.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=On2ZX_CxGGA
Some bigger guys to try and get might be:
The 2 guitarists in Haken. Haken (rhymes with bacon) is maybe the biggest up and coming prog metal band out there at the moment, being compared very favorably to Dream Theater. They play Strandbergs for the most part.
Stephan Lill - Vanden Plas : endorsed by Hagstrom atm, I think.
Jon Schaffer - Iced Earth : Not sure but I don't think he has an endorsement. If he does it's with Gibson, as he mainly plays a Les Paul or his Explorer with the 'Don't Tread On Me' sticker on it.
Jim Matheos - Fates Warning : I see he plays both PRS and an old Gibson at the very least.
Jari Maenpaa - Wintersun : Pretty sure he's endorsed by Ibanez, but he does use other guitars too, at least in some of his home videos. He swears by Evertune bridges right now though, so there is that...

Nita is great and seems like such a cool girl, but she loves Ibanez and will never switch

Mark is really good, I enjoy and watch most of his videos.
