Well...one item anyway. Currently only sold in 8 select stores, and online.

It's better than being a dead brand.

Be interesting to see if it's something Jeff's cousins can make happen and turn into a living for themselves. As it stands now, not so sure... although without the brick and mortar shop I'm sure overhead is very low, and much of the IT infrastructure already has a lot of skeletal bones to hang itself on.

Not to mention marketing lists/old customer base.
Carvin Weaponry:
1985 DC150K (koa) Stereo, M22N/M22SD w/black hardware.
1985 100 Watt X Amp 2 x 12 combo (XV212) upgraded w/ 2 Vintage 30's
...and other gear.

Wel this handily addresses one of Carvin's biggest blocks....not being able to try before you buy. Something like Legacy pedal should mostly sell itself, although I still think the price is just too high.
American guitars
British Amps (mostly)
What more do you need?

Agreed, though finding one used shouldn't be too expensive. IF they were around $300 new, I think they'd sell a bunch. Most other great preamp pedals are around that price. Compared to something like a Tight Metal Pro or Theta...I'd have to say the Theta strikes me as more versatile, though getting the specific voicing of the Legacy is not the easiest, so the sound it makes is pretty singular.

Even though I own an X100BIV head, if their X1 pedal was more in the $250, maybe $300 range, I'd consider grabbing one.

Used price might duck down that low. That's how I found the Legacy version. I would not pay the new price for one. Ever.
