Vader 7-string multi-scale tremolo

Postby Brian Johnston » Tue Aug 08, 2017 3:48 am

Is there any progress made on offering a tremolo bridge for a 7-string Vader multi-scale? Will this ever happen, or are there too many issues surrounding the multi-scale? I know there are 7-string multi-scale bridges in existence, but looking to have one for the Vader I purchased last year.

Of coarse, the vader has a multi scale 7 string bridge on it.

I understand you were talking about a trem. I am just being cheeky.

Kahler is the only one I have seen that looks like it might fit Kiesel's scale. They have a different spread in length than most. The vader would have to be completely overhauled. A block of wood would need to be inserted were the old bridge is now. I could see it stock as an option . If I was them I would only offer it in the fuller body of the Chris whatever his name is model. The vader is not long enough in the rear for all that stuff.
Even so that thing looks like a steam punk accessory. I wonder how well it works. And how much it would cost to purchase and install on an existing guitar if it were possible.

I know it is not what you want to hear, But my ct7c allows me to seven and whammy away. Once i have worked that out of my system, I go to the Vader and pound on it for a while
