Waiting time for a reply to a message

Postby Big O » Fri Jun 23, 2017 10:56 am

I have been waiting over 3 weeks for a reply to a sent to Kiesel via the website contact form regarding a few questions I had before ordering a guitar to be built. I wanted to know a few things so I would know whether to I needed to call a sales rep or could complete the order online. Is this a normal waiting period for a reply?

I've seen it not uncommon that emails get overlooked. I've heard it said as a phone-order co., emails can take a back seat and they get to as many as they can, when they can. Some may get lost.

Bottom line - best bet is to call in - you don't have to order, you can just ask ?s.

Facebook works great.

Instant answers from sales (at least from Mike Jones)

Calling is FAR superior to email.
You should try emailing a sales person directly. Not a general email.

JB Numbers Guitar (July sale has given me the itch!)

Thanks everyone kindly for their replies.

Looks like I will make a call. Wanted to know if they did "custom" electronics such as series/parallel and phase switching as well as PTB tone controls (Passive Treble Bass) among a couple of other things.

They have been quite accommodating on things like that in the past.
