SH550 pickup question

Postby relias7505 » Wed Jun 28, 2017 3:27 pm

I am planning my next and final build (this will be my 6th Kiesel/Carvin guitar) I want to get the SH550 but I don't want the S22, Lithum or Holdsworth pickups. Any suggestions? I was thinking the M22T in the bridge and M22V in the neck. I don't want a high output pickup just something I can get good clean tones but some bite for the dirty sound (not metal). I already have S22's in my SCB6 and a Lithum in the bridge position of my ST300 so I don't want to repeat myself.

I have a ST300, SCB6, Bolt, AC375 and CL450
My Kiesel/Carvin collection: ST300 (M22SD bridge, S60A middle, Twin Blade neck), SCB6 (S22B bridge, S22J neck), Bolt Classic (AP11's in all positions), SH550 (S22T in the neck and bridge), AC375 and CL450. Also a Carvin V3M 50watt head with a Carvin 1x12 cabinet and Fender Jazz Bass.
