Here's a cell phone shot of my new-to-me CT6M. I assume it's deep tripple step Blue (waiting for an email from Carvin to confirm options). It's really dark blue, but the flash shows the quilting better:

Here is what it looks like in natural basement light:

Thanks man - she's definitely my favorite! The DR Pure Blues are pure nickel roundwound on round cores so they're quite a bit more elastic than their steel alloy counterparts. This combined with the 25" scale makes them kind of feel like playing 10s on my 25.5" scale TLB60. So, feel-wise, they are awesome, and going up to 11s gives incredible tone as well. Something about more mass passing through the magnetic field of the pickups causing more field fluctuation and resulting in a ballsier signal. Anyways, if you have the finger strength, I definitely recommend trying a set.

Yeah but for awhile there I did enough talking for all the members combined. I kinda switched gears for a little bit and was off on some knife forums. But im back. Im just trying to keep a lower profile and not offend as many people as before.

I always thought you were pretty good about that. You say your opinion and you are respectful about it while not saying others cant have their opinions... Nothing wrong about that.

For the most part I agree but there were times when I got a little too "emotional" in my posts. And I for awhile felt the need to comment on nearly any and every topic. Thats probably why I burned myself out. Now Id rather have quality of my posts rather than quantity. I was kinda getting the impression certain folks were getting sick of seeing my opinions in every thread they opened.

I don't think that was the case at all. Your posts were always insightful and helpful. I think you might be over thinking things, I'm also wondering where spudmonkey went..
