What are the dimensions of the body on these guitars? Width/Length

The bodies (on the SH550 and SH575) are 14.1" wide.
Not sure on the length.

Cool....thanks! I dig the CS Models but also really love the shape/look of the SH550/575. Light weight. There is one on the GIS with no F holes that made me rethink this model.

The SH575 isn't as big as in the pictures. It's not a Gibson 33X.

The F-holes aren't annoying to me on the SH575. They do bug me on the AE-185 and the similar small SHs. Unfortunately, the upcharge to leave them out at least used to be pricey. I'm not convinced that they serve a purpose unless you play a lot unplugged.

I would love to see a mockup of an SH550 cedar top in clear gloss, no inlays, and black hardware. I think that would be a cool contrast.

Here's my SH475 from early this year. It's got an unfinished rosewood neck and a tung oiled maple-over-mahogany body thing going on. When i play it it feels like a magic wand. Anyway, here's a couple pics, as back when I was shopping I always wished there were more of the SH carved tops kicking around these parts:

Wow, so pretty! Love, love, love natural wood. :D

I wanted to try to post a better photo, but it's quite a challenge. The black finish might as well be a mirror as it reflects everything around it.

Can I join the club prematurely? Here's my SH445T at the factory. Got my shipping notice last night

And yet this thread has made me want another, before I even get the first one

I've since changed the pickups and wiring and have amber dome knobs.

The white ones absolutely knock my socks off!

I adore everything about my SH225 except that it's black!
