DOH! I knew I forgot to do something this weekend!

I have a couple I need to take pics of but I'll play.

In order of acquisition:
Casio MG-510 (Ok not a 13 pin but a 5 pin midi guitar)
Brian Moore (not sure of model name/number)
Godin Freeway SA

I have been eye-ballin' the SH575 since it came out, however I'm still trying to convince Carvin to make me a solid body 13 pin, but we'll see how that goes.

Is the spalted Carvin at the top of your post yours? That's a stunner. I'm usually not wild about spalt, but that is just incredibly gorgeous looking. That's a serious player's axe.
Carvin Weaponry:
1985 DC150K (koa) Stereo, M22N/M22SD w/black hardware.
1985 100 Watt X Amp 2 x 12 combo (XV212) upgraded w/ 2 Vintage 30's
...and other gear.

These are all mine. Yes, my 575 was an option 50 with that spalt top. It was then the catalog poster child when they made spalted wood an option in the fall of '08, early '09. I don't have the rosewood knobs on it though, they put those on for the photo shoot because they also started offering rosewood knobs at the same time. I have mixed black/gold knobs on it and the hardware is mixed black/gold too. It is a beauty.

I had a Holdsworth HF2 with a spalted top as well that I got as an option 50 back in '04 too. It's my avatar. I've since sold that one, though I probably shouldn't have!

The graceful subtle curves, wider waist and rounded horn of the gorgeous 550 remind me of the euro flavor of a Hagstrom Swede:

Both are total beauties.
