B4 body - B40 Neck
Has anyone modded their old B4 with a B40 (N422) neck? I am thinking of doing this to convert my fretted bass to fretless. I would take it my luthier and have them open the neck pocket and contour the neck a bit to make it match better. Anyone done this and maybe have pics?

Yes they have a different heel width, I called Carvin to confirm. The B4 has a 2.4" width at the 22nd fret and the B40 (N422) has a 2.5" width at the 22nd.
