I bet you can.

But as Jeff Kiesel would say, "Call my guys!"

Or it was /sarc. :sounchick:

Anyways, I went into the builder and it looks like two coils are one of the options:

I have to admit, this is much more "tele-looking" than the old TLB60, which was really just the Bolt with a slightly different body shape.

I confess to being a lot like Sheldon in this regard.

Typically the only reason on guitars that they don't do specific configuration is when it conflicts with something. For example, you can't have bridge only pickup on a CT because the neck pickup route is a part of the neck pocket.

In the case of the S7, I'm sure they would be able to do a "pickup delete" to the middle pickup. If they don't already have that pre- programmed, there might be a small fee for someone to manually control the machine, and it's possible that it might negate the 10 day trial period if they didn't think they could easily resell it if you didn't want it back.

Hmm, well I just went into the builder for S7, and the pickup options are different than the S6.

Looks like this might be an OP50.

They are different, but it wouldn't *necessarily* be an Option 50...either in the technical meaning of the term (I thought there was a option code for pickup delete...could be wrong), or just with the term's common usage to mean "no 10-day trial". It could be...but might not. Depending on their mood, I think.

Translation of translation: "Returnable vs non-returnable, regardless of Option 50 (non-coded) status".
