Rick Beato and his white CT
If you guys are not familiar with Rick Beato, do yourselves a favor and check him out on Youtube. You will thank me later. He is a wealth of information from music theory to gear to breaking down songs like this particular video (What makes this song great series). Anyway, he was given a Carvin guitar a while back and he uses it quite regularly. And when you see all of the guitars that he has at his disposal in his studio, I think that says a lot. Enjoy the video!

He always has interesting insights, and seems like he'd be a cool dude to hang out with. One of those guys who you'll be having a conversation with, and then start talking about something he's passisonate in, and you'll see him physically lean in and get really excited to talk about it, with a smile on his face, and he'll start talking with his hands more, etc.
He's also a Dove Award-winning producer for a christian rock album, and a country music Billboard chart-topping songwriter...but it's clear his passion is rock!

His "What Makes..." series is a constant reminder of how instrument tracks can sound so much different when they are in a mix vs bare. Startlingly-so, sometimes.

Absolutely Spud....very passionate about music. He is the only internet guy that can be talking music theory way over my head but I will still watch because he has a way of presenting that even a dumb guy like me can still pick up some great tips. Lol... But the What Makes This Song Great series is amazing. To hear individual tracks broken down is incredible. And he is a huge fan of VH, Rush, Soundgarden, Tool, Alice In Chains, etc which makes it even better.

I love tuning in to Rick Beato. A friend turned me on to his videos about a year ago. I haven't seen the white CT yet, so I'm going to check out that link.

Definitely check out Rick, I can't say enough good things about his channel. I actually asked him about when he got that Kiesel guitar during one of his live chats last week and he said he got it last year after talking with the Sales Rep at NAMM. It's true that it does speak volumes of how much he's been playing it. The guy has a plethora of guitars to choose and you can tell he's picky about what he plays. He said he loves the guitar and how it plays. He's good friends with Andy James so I'd imagine that's what brought him to check them out. here's the video link, he talks about it right at the end of the video around 21 minute mark

Oh, did I mention to check out his Youtube page? He's helped me progress soo much on guitar in the last year.
