NGD - Zeus 7

Postby Zeus7 » Sat Oct 06, 2018 7:10 am

There is a beauty in keeping things simple.

This one only took 4 weeks from ordering to being delivered and it turned out even nicer than I imagined.
Still haven't found the slightest flaw and usually I'm really super picky.

A big thank you to Jeff and the other guys at Kiesel :applause:

This shot you may already have seen on Kiesel's Instagram:

...and here are two random iPhone snaps.
Sorry for the poor quality but at the moment I strongly prefer playing this beauty to making decent pics

Sweet build, the raw tone finish looks classy in black, the grain adds character.

Send it back - they forgot the headstock.

That's why it was so cheap

You probably mean I should sent it to you for disposal :naughty:

4 weeks? Unbelievable. Getting into the groove at the new factory must really have improved efficiency. Its a beaut too. Cant go wrong with black rawtone.

Couldn't believe it either, when they suddenly published a pic of the finished guitar on Instagram and I thought (due to the config) this has to be mine.

Maybe it's because I kept it so simple or maybe with their bolt-on models they can pre-produce neck and body blanks in the most common wood combos and keep them on stock, I don't know.
It was a very pleasant surprise nevertheless :D

It would make sense for them to do popular faster selling options in batches so you may be correct.

That finish looks absolutely awesome. My only change would be a black-stained satin finish neck to match. Jmp.

Nice idea, but Raw Tone Finish can only be combined with a Tung oil finished neck in the configurator.
